Deal Registration

Increase collaboration on opportunities and manage deals throughout the sales cycle.

  • Partners register an opportunity through an on-line form which can include a selectable list of eligible products in the program

  • Registrations are automatically assigned to the appropriate reviewer based on partner type, level, geography

  • Notification

    • Automatic alerts are sent to reviewers for approvals
    • Notifications sent to partners on opportunities successfully entered, when updated, etc.
    • Notification to partners on approval (with opportunity registration number) or decline (with description as to why the decline)
  • Management – either the partner or internal user (designated partner manager) with the correct access rights can:

    • Move the opportunity through the sales cycle, by changing the lead “stage” (E.g. introduction, needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, close)
    • View the status of the registration approval (as well as being notified via e-mail)
    • Change the products involved, deal size or estimated close date
    • View the entry date of the opportunity registration and time to expiration
  • Reporting – by partner type, level, region, specific partner, deal size, product

    • Deals by workflow / review status
    • Deals by sales stage
    • Deals pending approval
    • Deals registered and closed over time
    • Top partners by deals registered
